Cancellation Policy

As an equine therapist, my goal is to provide the best possible care and service for you and your horse. To ensure fairness for all clients and to respect the value of my time, I have outlined the following cancellation policy. This policy is designed to accommodate scheduling needs while protecting the integrity of my time and business.

Cancellation

• More than 48 hours' notice: No charge for cancellations.

• 24-48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged for cancellations.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: Full session fee charged for cancellations.

• Emergency situations: Cancellations due to emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with fees potentially waived based on the circumstances. I encourage early communication if an emergency arises.

Late Arrivals

• If you or your horse are not ready at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to fit the remaining time, but the full session fee will still apply.

Payment & Contact

• Outstanding fees for cancellations or missed appointments must be paid before booking a new appointment.

• Please contact me via phone or text on (087) 064 1074 to cancel or reschedule, and I’ll confirm receipt.
